J.P. spent 24 years as a U.S. Army Special Forces soldier - a Green Beret. Over that career, he grew through every level of military leadership: from tactical fighter on the ground, to organizational commander responsible for teams and resources, to strategic leader shaping mission outcomes at scale. When he transitioned out of the military, he didn't leave that progression behind. He brought it with him.
